ezra's enlightened café
BACKGROUND
Ezra’s Enlightened Café in Broad Ripple specializes in raw vegan cuisine that is from free
gluten, GMOs and pesticides. They source most of their food from their own local farm and
other surrounding farms. Since the food they prepare is “raw” they do not cook the food, rather it is soft or liquified. Ezra’s enlightened café strives to serve colorful and fun healthy foods to their customers to increase mindful eating.
RESULTS
Using a symbol of mindfulness to express their intention and values, I created a meditating
person comprised of a beet head, bowl body, and carrot legs; this acts as the logo imagery. Using the vegetables and bowl as a figure directly links their natural foods with personal well-being.
The organic flows are seen with orange, pink and teal droplets that represent the different ingredients that go into their bowls and smoothies, such as carrot, kale and raspberry.
