PARTY SMARTY CAMPAIGN
BACKGROUND
Media, movies, and even family members spread the narrative that college=drinking, adulthood=drinking, fun=drinking, which simply isn’t true. I created a campaign called Party Smarty that asks students to pledge:
1. Choose alternatives to traditional parties
2. Stay strong and proud if choosing not to drink
3. Safe consumption if choosing to drink alcohol
4. Prioritize the health and safety of yourself and others in all party environments
RESULTS
A playful robot/cup hybrid represents the campaign along with bold geometric type. If students take the pledge, they receive buttons, stickers and entries to giveaways. Currently, Party Smarty stickers can be seen on laptops and water bottles around campus. An informational brochure was also distributed.
